This policy explains what ChugIn, operated by Lorena de Souza Leone, São Luís, Maranhão, Brazil, collects about you and what happens to it. It is short because the app collects little.
Account: your email address and the username you choose. Your password is handled by our authentication provider and is never visible to us or stored by the app.
Profile: the avatar you pick, and a profile photo if you choose to upload one. A photo is optional and you can remove it at any time.
Gameplay: the rooms you join, the dares assigned to you, how you voted, your score, and your mission progress.
Coins: your balance and a record of every change to it — purchases, buy-ins, winnings and mission rewards.
On your device: whether you have seen the intro, your chosen language, and your login session.
Where you came from: if you reached us from a link we handed out — a flyer, a coaster, our Instagram — the account records which one. It is a single word, it is set once when the account is created, and it is not linked to anything you do afterwards.
There are no analytics, advertising or tracking tools in this app. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising identifiers, cross-app trackers, or a crash reporting service.
We do not collect your location, your contacts, your device identifiers, or anything from your camera roll beyond a photo you deliberately upload.
We never see your card details. Payments are handled on a page hosted by Mercado Pago; card numbers and Pix codes do not pass through the app or our servers at any point.
To run your account and let you sign in.
To run a game: other players in your room can see your username, avatar, score and whether you have paid in. That is how the game works.
To keep the coin economy honest — the transaction record is what lets us answer 'my balance is wrong' and detect farming.
To take payment for coin purchases.
Supabase — authentication, database and photo storage.
Mercado Pago — payment processing. Mercado Pago receives your email and what you bought.
Vercel — hosting.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Payment records are held by Mercado Pago in Brazil. Our other providers store data on servers in the United States, so your account and gameplay data is transferred there.
Account and gameplay data is kept while your account exists.
Records of coin purchases are kept longer, because tax and accounting rules require it.
To delete your account, contact suporte@chugin.com.br. We remove your account, profile photo and gameplay records, keeping only what we are legally required to keep.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

ChugIn is for adults: the legal drinking age where you live, and never under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Before you can use the app we ask for your country and date of birth. We keep only the answer — whether you passed, and the country you selected — on your own device. Your date of birth is not sent to us or stored on our servers.
If you believe someone underage has an account, contact us and we will remove it.
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
